1. Reservation

How can I check which pitches are still available?
Via Search & Book on our website you can check which pitches are still available in a specific period. Enter ‘Camping’ and your desired period and click on Search.

Choose a pitch and check which pitches are still available. The available pitches are indicated with a green icon.

How can I check which accommodations are still available?
Via Search & Book on our website you can see which accommodations are still available in a certain period. Enter ‘Rental’ and your desired period and click on Search.

Choose your desired accommodation type and check which accommodations are still available. The available accommodations are indicated with a green icon.

Which field on the park is suitable for small children?
Playground equipment is available on many fields. You can keep an eye on your playing children from your pitch. 

I have made a reservation on Vakantiepark Het Lierderholt. How can I pay for my holiday?
After reservation you will receive a reservation confirmation, mentioning the total price of your reservation and the exact payment terms. The first payment term is 2 weeks after the reservation date and the second payment term is 4 weeks before arrival at our holiday park. If you exceed these payment terms, you will receive a reminder and possibly a final notice.


 

2. Reservations campsite

What time can I arrive at my pitch?
On the day of arrival, the pitch is available from 01:00 pm

What time must I check out on the day of departure?
At departure, you must leave the pitch clean at noon. Did you book a late departure? Then you must leave the pitch clean when our reception closes.

It is my day of departure and I must leave the holiday park at noon. Can I also leave later?
If your pitch is still available, it’s no problem (with the exception of high-season). The costs for late departure are €7,50. Then, you can stay on our holiday park until our reception closes. 

I have booked a pitch on the holiday park, but I haven’t received a confirmation yet. What should I do?
It is possible that we have entered the wrong e-mail address by accident or that the E-Mail ended up in your SPAM. Feel free to contact us by mail (info@lierderholt.nl) or phone (+31-(0)55-5061458).

Which discount cards do you accept and when are they valid?
We accept the ACSI-Card, Best Deal Card and ANWB Camping Card CKE. They are valid in 2020 in below periods:

  • 1 January – 19 May
  • 2 June – 17 July
  • 15 August – 31 December

Are you staying with us in your camper? Then we accept the NKC and CCN Card and they are valid throughout 2020.


 

3. Reservation accommodations

What time can I check in and check out?
On the day of arrival the accommodation is available from 03:00 pm. On the day of departure you must leave the accommodation clean at 11:00 am.

How must I leave the accommodation?
On the day of departure you must leave the accommodation clean at 11:00 am. This means: duvets and flannels fold up on the beds, any rented sheets in the pillowcase, clean dishes (dishwasher must also be empty) and the accommodation must be broom clean.

Do I have to bring linen myself?
In our cottages, chalets and forest lodges only duvets and pillows are available. Linen is not included in the price, but you can rent it . We rent 1p (€ 8,-) and 2p (€ 9,50) bed linen and when making your reservation you can inform us if you wish to rent bed linen.

I have rented an accommodation, is baby inventory available?
No, this is not standard available in our accommodations, but you can rent it. To be sure that it is in your accommodation when you arrive, please let us know when you make a reservation. A children’s bed and highchair cost € 2,- per day and a children’s bath costs € 1,50 per day. You must bring sheets for the children’s bed yourself.

I have rented an accommodation, but still haven’t received a confirmation, what should I do?

I have rented an accommodation, but at arrival it turns out that my accommodation is not entirely clean, what should I do?
That’s very annoying! Please, contact the reception immediately and we will make sure the problem will be solved.


 

4. Animation

When do you have animation at the holiday park?
We offer an extensive and varied recreation program in all regular primary school holidays (with the exception of Spring- and Christmas Holiday) and with Easter, Ascension and Whitsun. In 2020 it will be in below periods (with reservation): 

  • Easter: 10 -13 April
  • May holiday: 24 April - 10 May
  • Ascension: 21 - 24 May
  • Whitsun: 29 May - 1 June
  • Summer holiday: 3 July – 28 August
  • Autumn holiday: 9 – 23 October

 

5. Terrain information

I would like to pass your barriers with my car, how does it work?
On our park we have license plate recognition. We request you to mail your license plate number to kenteken@lierderholt.nl prior to your stay to ensure you can drive in and out without any problems during your stay.

I would like to go on holiday with my pet. Is my pet allowed at the holiday park?
Yes, definitely! A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per pitch or accommodation. The costs are € 1,50 per pet per night, with a maximum of €17,50 per pet. If you rent an accommodation, you will pay € 15,- per pet per weekend/midweek/week.

What’s the size of my pitch?
The size of the pitches varies per type: 

  • The comfort pitches 100 & 300 numbers are on average 100 m²
  • The comfort pitches 500, 600 & 700 numbers and K2 - K54 are on average 120 m²
  • The game pitches and extra comfort pitches 350 - 359 are on average 140 m²
  • The extra comfort pitches with parking place are on average 140 - 150 m²

I booked a comfort pitch, what does that mean?
All our pitches are inclusive of: electricity (6 or 10 amp), water connection, antenna connection, drainage, showers, warm water and toilet paper on the toilets.

Are cars allowed in the holiday park?
Two cars per pitch/accommodation are allowed, one of them can be parked close to the pitch/accommodation. The second car must be parked in the large parking place at our entrance. If you have booked an extra comfort pitch with parking place (60-67) you may park your car on the parking place.

Are barbecues allowed?
It is allowed to barbecue on gas, on an electric barbecue or on charcoal. Pay attention to our wildfire hazard advice and make sure you have fire extinguishers at hand.

Are fire pits allowed?
No, open fire such as fire pits, garden candles and fire blocks is never allowed.

Can I place a small tent at my pitch?
Yes, that’s allowed, as long as you don’t exceed your own pitch. Our camping rates are based on two persons and we will charge an additional amount for any extra persons.

How many amps doe the pitches have?
The pitches have either 6 or 10 amp. It depends on their location: 

  • The comfort pitches 100 & 300 numbers have 6 amp
  • The comfort pitches 500 & 600 numbers have 6 amp
  • The comfort pitches 700 numbers and K2 - K54 have 10 amp
  • The game pitches and extra comfort pitches 350 - 359 have 10 amp
  • The extra comfort pitches with parking place have 10 amp

 

6. General information

Are guests allowed to spend the night at the holiday park?

Yes, definitely! Guests must be registered at the reception and the costs depend on the location and the period. We advise you to contact our reception by mail (info@lierderholt.nl) or phone +31-(0)55-5061458).

Can I leave my tent or caravan unoccupied at the family park?
You can, if the booked pitch is free or remains free. The costs for an unoccupied night are € 9,- per night (this is not possible during package periods and in high-season).

Are washing machines and dryers available?
Our holiday park has two launderettes, one in the large sanitary building at the Heideweg and one in the sanitary building at entrance 2. At the reception, you can uprate your Lierderhold Card to wash and dry. Washing costs € 4,50 per laundry, drying € 1,50 per 16 minutes. The washing machine automatically adds soap. 

Does the holiday park offer facilities for disabled people?
For people with reduced mobility or people who depend on a wheelchair we have a disabled space in the sanitary building at the Heideweg.

The spacious entrance of Eeterij De Lierderhoeve also allows disabled people to enjoy our à-la-carte restaurant, beanery or snackbar.

Can I have mail delivered to the holiday park during my stay?
Yes, it’s possible. In front of the reception you will find mailboxes in alphabetical order. Packages can be collected at the reception (they must be picked up the same day). Our reception employees don’t accept any packages that require a signature.

Can I send mail during my stay at the holiday park?
Of course you can! At the reception you will find a box for outgoing mail. The postman will collect the mail.

Can family/friends visit us at the holiday park?
Day visitors are always welcome at our holiday park, free of charge!

Can I get groceries at the holiday park?
We have a recreation market which offers a wide range of daily products and freshly baked bread. You will find the opening hours of our recreation market in our App.

Is it possible to rent bikes at the holiday park?
At our reception you can rent bikes for one day or several days. We rent bikes with 7 gears and the costs are:

  • € 9,50 per day
  • € 19,- per weekend
  • € 33,25 per midweek
  • € 42,75 per week

For children’s bikes and specials you can get more information at the reception.

Are there any sports facilities at the holiday park?
We have a tennis court. You can make a reservation at the reception and the costs are € 6,- per hour. You can also rent rackets and balls at the reception (deposit: € 5,-). 

At the front of our park we also have a mini-golf course. Golf clubs and balls are available at the reception  Kids up to 12 years old pay € 2,- p.p., from 12 years old the costs are € 3,- p.p.

In addition we have a boule alley and a beach volleyball field at the back of our holiday park.

Are there any cycling- and walking routes that start at the holiday park?
Various free walking- and cycling routes are available at the reception. In addition, you can buy walking- and cycling routes of the entire Veluwe-area.

Do we have WiFi in the holiday park?
Yes! We have free WiFi in our entire holiday park and in our restaurant. However, our WiFi network is not suitable for downloading movies or watching HD live streams.

I see you need a card for showering, how does it work?
In order to be able to use the showers you need a Lierderhold Card. When you check in you will receive a Lierderholt Card with enough shower points for your entire stay, it is included in the accommodation costs. You have to pay a deposit (€ 25,-) for this card which will be returned to you when handing in the card at the end of your stay.

When is Vakantiepark Het Lierderholt open in 2020 ?
We are open all year round! You are welcome throughout the year to stay in one of our accommodations or to camp with your caravan, tent, camper or collapsible caravan.


 

7. Facilities

Is the reception of the holiday park open every day?
Yes! Our reception is open every day from 08:30 am – 05:0 pm. In high season and during holidays we often have longer opening hours which we will mention in our App.

I have already checked out, can I still use all facilities of the holiday park?
Yes, that’s possible. However, you must park your car and any caravan/camper etc. in the large parking place at our entrance. If you wish to leave you must inform our reception. They will open the barrier manually for you. 

Is your restaurant open throughout the year?
Yes! Eeterij De Lierderhoeve is open throughout the year and has an à-la-carte restaurant, beanery and snackbar. In high-season we are open 7 days a week and in low-season we are closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Check our App for actual opening hours.


 

8. Cancellation

I have booked a pitch and/or accommodation, but I would like to cancel it. Is that possible?
That is possible, but we apply the RECRON-conditions of tourist pitches with regard to cancellation of a pitch and/or accommodation. This means:

In the event of cancellation, the holiday maker pays a compensation to the entrepreneur, as follows:

  • In the event  of cancellation more than 3 months before date of arrival 15% of the agreed price is charged;
  • In the event of cancellation between 3 and 2 months before date of arrival 50% of the agreed price is charged;
  • In the event of cancellation between 2 and 1 month(s) before date of arrival 75% of the agreed price is charged;
  • In the event of cancellation within 1 month before arrival 90% of the agreed price is charged;
  • In the event of cancellation on the date of arrival 100% of the agreed price is charged.

It is possible to take out cancellation insurance through us, which is taken out through Rrecreatieverzekeringen. In the event of cancellation they determine whether something is compensated or not. Free cancellation is never possible.
